Brown Stew Chicken [Rice and Peas]

This Brown Stew Chicken has an aromatic blend of garlic, pepper, thyme, green onions and some of our favourite island spice blends. Our boneless chicken breast (white meat) is sourced from local farms; with no antibiotic and lives in a cage free environment.

The rich gravy and dark coloured chicken get it’s color from a browning sauce; a popular Caribbean households condiment. The stew is amazing with White Rice or Rice and Peas. 

You may want the really spicy version or you may want a tamer version where the Caribbean scotch bonnet isn’t as poignant. Either way it is flavourful and tasty.
